- Approximately 20 years -25 years of flexible packaging industry experience for Factory manager position , and around 25-30 years of flexible packaging industry experience for GM Factory position-Age around 40-45 for Factory manager, and around 45-50 years for GM Factory.
- Live wire personality.
- Ability to lead by example.
- Hands on manager.
- Technically very sound.
- Superior techno-commercial strengths-costing etc.
- Superior human resource management skills.
- Well networked in the packaging industry.
- Target orientation.
- Focused individual.
- Ability to develop SOP's and ensure implementation.
- Knowledge of the ISO environment.

- The person would be expected to provide the direction and purpose and would be responsible for the overall development of the business unit.
- Engineers or plastic/printing technologists, around 45 years of age, preferably with a management degree and at least 10 years' experience of heading an SBU may apply.
- CAs/MBAs from reputed business schools with experience in similar industry and position may also apply.
